Views were stunning and rooms very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, we were offered an upgrade immediately and loved our stay.Great location with a shortcut to the lake - ask staff.
I liked the beautiful green mountains , the lake, shopping not expensive like Paris. The weather was very nice. Traditonal part of the city. The river passing through the traditional houses in a very beautiful scenery.
Welcoming staff, excellent location, clean rooms, I spent interesting time there, walking from the city to the hotel was interesting to me .may be some people don't like walking up the hill, but I liked that.
Given a lovely room with a view across the lake. Dog friendly Good food
The room and location was good staff were friendly and helpful
The chef shouting at his staff throughout our dinner (we decided not to eat there the 2nd night due to this) the fact that the spa is only accessible by going outside the hotel in the freezing rain....
The rooms are tiny - there wasn't enough room to put an ironing board up. The breakfast is massively overpriced at €25 per person but there is no other option nearby. The spa is also tiny and most of the time you cannot use the steam room or sauna as it will be full. However, the biggest is the service. Waited over 30 minutes to get a drink in the bar and then 1 hour for a taxi into town. This would have been okay if the receptionist could communicate this. Ultimately, 1 star service with 5 star prices. Deeply unimpressed.
The location and views are great. The room view was excellent. Dinner in the brasserie was nice (though a bit overpriced for the quality offered).
We booked a weekend stay to enjoy with kids around the pool and with some nice meals. At reception we were refused access to the spa with kids before 19h00 (we had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids with full access to spa)! On Saturday at lunchtime the hotel restaurant was closed.
Great service, location and spa.
The internet was worse than dial up.
Hotel itself is vey nice, with plush surroundings. Bed very comfortable and a good hot shower. The evening meal in the restaurant was very tasty, albeit there was not much choice.
The staff were very thin on the ground and non-attentive and my husband gave up waiting to be served a drink at the bar after 25 minutes even after being told on several occasions that someone would see to us after we had to go and find someone. The room rate at €169 did not include breakfast (which we were aware of) but it also did not include any beverage facilities in the room unless you wanted to pay for a cold drink from the minibar. The breakfast suppliedwas mediocre at €25 each, I would have expected at least some hot food but all that was there was bacon, smoked sausage and scrambled egg which were all stone cold. Unfortunately our room also overlooked the car park which didn't help how I was feeling about Les Tresoms! I have stayed at less expensive hotels and received a much better service and attention to detail so I was very disappointed with Les Tresoms
The lake views
An early breakfast was requested and arranged, but nobody turned up at the appointed time. We also had to let ourselves out.
Very smsll room, wc, bathroom, wifi not working and expensive. Very small indoor pool and not heated outdoor pool.
Excellent location very close to center ville. Room was small but functional. I would recommend.
The spa was nice but a bit crowded (valentines). Beautiful view from the dinner room on Annecy.
They didn't serve room service for Valentines. The standard room is a bit small. Worth paying extra with a value deal for one with a view on the lake.
The view was great, location quite central!
The spa facilities were underwhelming, Did not meet our expectations in terms of value for money
Room was absolutely tiny - just 10.6 square metres. Not enough room to move. TV channels useless for British; cost of meals too high
the view of the hotel is amazing, staff are friendly.
the room is small, the breakfast is not included.
