i had a great stay at les tresoms lake and spa resort! the property is beautiful and surrounded by nature. the room had a stunning view of the lake and was comfortable, equipped with a robe and slippers. the spa was amazing, especially the unique shower experience and sauna. the staff was super friendly and even upgraded our room!

The views from the hotel were stunning, and it was a pleasant stroll to the Basilica of the Visitation, allowing us to explore both nature and rich history during our weekend in Annecy. as a couple, we appreciated the accessible trails leading down to the lake while enjoying the charm of the town’s architecture and parks along the way.

We had a lovely stay with the family at this resort. The spa was a highlight—totally relaxing! Plus, the location offered fantastic views of the lake. Our toddler enjoyed the nearby playground, and we appreciated the beautiful walks around the hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, the children's menu could improve and include more options for picky eaters.

The hotel was clean and had great activities to keep us entertained. Just a heads up, the breakfast can get a bit pricey.
